Right Clicking – Have you ever investigated the right mouse button? It’s rather a well-kept secret but it can open up a new world for you. All those tasks you found difficult and even those perhaps you couldn’t do, can be achieved with the right click.

Basically it gives you a context menu. This means the menu is different depending on what you have clicked on.
You can, in fact, right click on most things on your screen – task bar, tool bar, highlighted text, pictures, desktop etc.
Give it a try. You will get a list of options for the item you have clicked on. Copy and paste, Send to, Open with etc., etc.

You may try it out and decide you have far better ways of doing things but I think you may find that it gives you some options that you may find hard to find elsewhere.

AB Computer Training has set up an account with Ping.

LAST WEEKEND

by AB Computer Training on Monday, September 5, 2011 at 10:16am

We didn't make it to the computer fair at Berkeley but strolled down to Dapto markets on Sunday, which is just down the road from us.

It is a well known local weekly market but probably not a port of call for those of you looking for techno-bargains. There were a couple of stalls selling laptops and such like but the majority of the market is more like an enormous car boot sale. Some fresh produce and pet stuff - including two stalls selling birds and plenty of clothes - new and second-hand.

Worth a look if you're out for a Sunday morning stroll in the Dapto area.
